When isolated (and we are often isolated in a room full of people) our cortisol levels increase.
Chronic Prednisone use (cortisol pill) causes Hypertension, High Cholesterol, Diabetes and Obesity. We are now dealing with multiple epidemics with a single cause

About 1 of 3 U.S. adults—or about 75 million people—have high blood pressure.1 Only about half (54%) of these people have their high blood pressure under control.
The cause is an UNNATURAL state of Be-ing
The unnatural state is restless and discontent filled with burdens and frustrations.
We depend on external things to make our Self content...for a little while. But the burdens and frustrations are always waiting for us.
Food is most common. Stress eating is the norm.
